Asset Visibility Requirements for Mobile Users
Objective: Gain an understanding of the configuration needed to view Assets on the mobile app.
When using the Mobile app, the Assets that a user has access to are determined by a number of factors. In order to see Assets, a user needs to meet these requirements:

The user's account needs to have either the Mnt Technician or the Mnt Supervisor user role.

The Resource linked to their user account needs to belong to a Work Group (as a Group Resource).

The Resource linked to their user account needs to have a craft that also belongs to that Work Group.
NOTE Notice that users who have no Work Group or craft will still be able to see Assets which have no Work Group.
Additionally, Assets viewed in the Asset Search or Map will be further restricted by any Asset Access Controls a user has. However, Asset Access Controls will not apply to Work Orders and Work Requests that can be assigned to and seen by a mobile user - these are determined by the Work Group.
